Delete your Lingolem account
You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
Account deletion is permanent. Your learning progress, profile, social connections, and virtual balances cannot be restored.
Request deletion by email
- Use your registered email address.Write from the email connected to your Lingolem account.
- Email privacy@lingolem.app.Use the subject “Lingolem account deletion” and include your Lingolem username if you know it.
- Complete verification.We may reply with a limited verification step to confirm that the account belongs to you. We will never ask for your password.
- Receive confirmation.We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, unless law permits or requires a longer period.
What will be deleted?
Deletion covers the Lingolem account and personal data linked to it, including profile details, learning progress, vocabulary review history, streak and achievement data, social connections, virtual balances, and account-linked gameplay history.
What may be retained?
We may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, or legal records where required or permitted by law. Records retained for those purposes are restricted and are not used to continue your Lingolem profile. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and other independent providers may retain records under their own legal obligations and policies.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your Lingolem account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in your store account settings to prevent future renewals.
Delete only some data
If you want to correct information or request deletion of specific data without closing your account, email privacy@lingolem.appand describe your request.
